Please note that registration includes entry to the Welcome reception at the Amsterdam Grand Café at the historic Central Train Station and boat trip on nearby Amsterdam’s canals on Friday 22 August, as well as the conference dinner at the Steigenberger Airport hotel , Schiphol-Amsterdam on Saturday 23 August.
If you choose to stay at the recommended conference hotel, then a shuttle bus will be provided each day to and from the conference venue and this is included in the registration fee.
If you are a representative of an IAHAIO Member organization or an IAHAIO Individual Supporter, you will be sent the Coupon Code to receive your discounted rate when you register.
Students will need to be registered with a recognised education institution and be actively participating in a course. Evidence of this may be requested.
Discount is offered to the main presenter (either poster or oral) who will be presenting/attending the conference. A Coupon Code will be sent out at the end of June, once presenters are confirmed.
